We've used Egret to replace our bathrooms, renovate our kitchen, install wall mirrors in our living room, install doors and repaint walls and ceilings.
In the fall of 2007 we had a flood in the condo due to a faulty water heater in the unit above. Bob was there to help us get the condo back up and running before the rental season started.
In every case we've been very satisfied with the service we received from Bob and the crew. Bob was always punctual to all meetings prior to the start of a project and the work was done when Bob said he would have it completed.
Because we are absentee owners, it was very important to us that the company we used was reliable and honest as we were not there to supervise the work. This was especially true when we had the kitchen renovated. We were delighted to arrive in Sanibel a month after completion of the work to a beautiful new kitchen.
I would recommend Egret Custom Homes to anyone looking for competitive costs, good workmanship and reliable service.

In 2003 my wife and I contracted with Egret Construction to do a "full-fledged" remodeling/upgrade of our condo unit on Sanibel. Bob Waterman of Egret pricing was very completive; he personally did a great deal of the work himself, and had employed other carpenters; and subcontractors such as electricians and plumbers that were excellent craftsman as well. He followed the detail plans to the "letter"; and we never had a disagreement as to that was or was not agreed upon, either written or verbally.

If the occasion would arise again that we would need someone to do remodeling, we certainly would get Egret Construction involved.
